Come along and be attuned to the first level of Reiki, a Japanese method of healing. We will discuss the following and learn about the aura and chakras and how to create a safe self healing environment for you and your family and friends. Discover what emotions can do the physical body and learn techniques to help you cope in times of stress.

Women who used estrogen-only hormone therapy later in life were less likely to develop dementia and showed fewer signs of Alzheimer’s disease in their brains, according to a large study of more than 21,000 participants.
