Research into pyramids was carried out by Russian and Ukrainian scientists, and at the end of the 1980s a total 25 different pyramids were started in 8 locations in Russia and the Ukraine. A 44m high pyramid was built near Moscow, weighing 55 tons. “These pyramids are an instrument to make the world a better place to live and benefit mankind” said Alexander Golod.

The invitation is to share briefly any with the group which others might find helpful. Maybe a breathing exercise, a mantra or affirmation, a prayer or a meditation technique: whatever you have found helpful for well-being. By donation
