QUEST EVENTS FOR THE COMING MONTHS
April 18th A Glimpse into two communities There are two particular places in Europe that can have a hugely transformative effect on those who stay there: Findhorn Foundation in NE Scotland, and Damanhur in Italy, whose Temples of Humankind are an exquisite work of art: eight halls adorned with remarkable paintings, mosaics, sculptures and glass art-all created to celebrate universal spirituality.
Using film footage and accounts from anyone who has visited them, we can look into how a community makes an impact on the world and on human spirit. By donation
9th May The great gifts of the South American plant teachers An illustrated talk with Anne Ashcroft and Julian Brignone
Over the last 3 years Anne and Julian have been drawn to explore the amazing gifts of these ancient and visionary plant healers and teachers, travelling to Columbia, Peru and, nearer to home, Spain.
They are happy to share some of their experiences and the knowledge they have gained.
There will be handouts of articles, book lists and on-line links Entrance: £5 / £4
June 13th A walk and visit to the Monastery on Stiperstones. Some of you might remember a talk at Quest some years ago by Father Silouan. This time we are invited to visit him at his Monastery with the Round House, where Father Silouan would be happy to speak about the Wisdom work of the monastery and to answer questions.
We can meet by the church in BC to share transport, then drive to the car park on the top of Stiperstones (beyond the Bog) and walk together from there to the monastery.

All Quest meetings March – May are at Grange Road Community Centre Bishops Castle SY9 5AW 7.30pm
Directions: From the church at the bottom of town, take Kerry Lane, then take 2nd road on the left: Grange Road. The Community Centre is on the corner of Drews Leasowe, and looks like the first 2-storey house on the left. Parking behind Centre or on road.
