New Reiki Share Group for Shrewsbury

This is a newly formed group borne out of the desire to support people newly qualified in reiki.
We are a small informal group of reiki and energy workers who meet monthly to share giving and receiving reiki on each other and to share ideas / support each other.

Each session begins with a guided meditation / relaxation.
The session runs from 7.30-9pm

Women who used estrogen-only hormone therapy later in life were less likely to develop dementia and showed fewer signs of Alzheimer’s disease in their brains, according to a large study of more than 21,000 participants.
