Tai Chi is an ancient art having its roots in taoism ,and a long documented lineage transmited via Jiang Fa. A McDonnell World Championship Gold Medalist (Snr. Advanced Level) with over 45 years martial arts experience.

Student of Sigung ( grand master ) F D Chen Professor Li De Yin, Professor Zhang Xiu Mu, Master Zhang Suisheng. Alan teaches for health and self defence, beginners and advanced welcome.
