Seven Steps to Happiness Kundalini Yoga Workshop Our parents often say they just want us to be happy but how do we achieve this most elusive of states? Join us for an exploration of happiness, what it is made of, and how we can achieve it using kriyas and meditations given to us through the Kundalini Yoga teachings. There will be time for discussion as well as Yogi Tea served after the workshop.

Kundalini Yoga is an explicitly spiritual practice of yoga using groups of exercises (Kriyas) to develop consciousness and understanding of oneself and so is suitable for all abilities.
You are encouraged to do each exercise at the level that is right for you.
This may be as simple as visualising yourself taking part.
The effects of physical exercise and meditation are enhanced by the use of chanting, making this a rapid acting form of yoga.
