Sensory fun …. workshop includes singing, music, instruments, rhythm, essential oils, colour therapy, LED lighting, massage touch, movement
Designed for those with learning difficulties, autism and additional needs
Everyone is welcome to join in, just watch, move around or sit
The hour can be a long time, we are happy for you to have a break anytime
One ‘indigo music’ member and parent / carer £5 per session or £25 for 6 classes in each 6 week term or £40 for 12 classes (two a week) over the 6 week term. If you want to bring your other children or another adult / carer there is a charge of just £1 per person per session
The theme of the session rotates every 3 weeks:
Musical melodies popular songs, singing, doing actions and is accompanied by guitar…. play, shake or drum your percussion instruments too!
Sound and rhythm toe tapping beat of music and drumming where you lead the session….. with percussion instruments and colour therapy scarves
Movement and texture focuses on using your body to move, stretch and feel relaxed in sitting or standing….. using colour therapy scarves, pom poms, tambourines, music and lights …. we finish the session with a lovely massage and scent of relaxing aromatherapy essential oils!
