Big Mind Meditation is a form of Zen practice that allows us to enter into a non-dual state of consciousness and experience a truly unique state of being.

This monthly group is there for those who have completed the Introduction to Big Mind and would like to deepen the practice by exploring the concept further.

Each month we will take aspects of the self and explore how they relate to who we are and how we function as we engage in the Big Mind state.
It gives each of us a dedicated space to practice Big Mind and to be guided through some of the other aspects that can be explored from this space.

Using the extended teaching around Big Mind, developed by Genpo Roshi, there is a great deal we can learn and understand about ourselves using this perspective.

The practice will be facilitated by Ben Calder who has been working with Big Mind Meditation since 2011.

All participants must have sat the Introduction to Big Mind to attend. See the Centre Events page for more details about the next opportunity to do this if you wish to join the group.

The practice will run for between 90 minutes and 2 hours depending on response from the group on each occasion.
Practice will begin at 7.30 and there will be a £5 fee to attend.
