This 6 week course is delivered by Deb Derham Reiki Master, EFT Practitioner, and Di Smart Life Coach
Deb is a Registered Nurse by trade and Di is a Mental Health Social Worker by trade, they both have many years experience of working with clients individually as well as in groups.
This course does what it says on the tin – it helps you get back on track and get your life back. Many of us get wrapped up in our day to day world and we can loose ourselves in that world. We are so busy being everything to everyone, and we forget ourselves. Join us if you can, to Explore the teaching as well as yourself, Embrace the learning and the techniques and you will get your life back!
Weekly sessions cover:
Healthy Living
The Mind Body Connection ~ How the Emotions affect the body
Overcoming Self Esteem issues & Developing Assertiveness Skills
Positive Management of Stress & Anxiety
Meditation & Relaxation
Goal Setting
Positive Tools for Change: You will learn everyday techniques to use yourself on your journey including: Meditation techniques, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Breath Work and Visualisation throughout the weekly sessions. These techniques help you to free yourself from the chains that restrict your daily life, rebalance your energy system and facilitates healing and confidence building.
