Anyone can learn Reiki 1st Degree. It is a wonderful gift to give yourself for your own self healing, and to be able to offer it to friends and family. Reiki is a very simple technique to learn, you do not need any prior experience with healing, and you do not need any medical training. It has been successfully learned by hundreds of thousands of people all over the world, of all ages, including children and the elderly.

The ability to use Reiki is simply transferred from the teacher to the student through a process called an attunement which takes place during the Reiki class. As soon as a person receives the attunements, they have the ability to run Reiki, and after that whenever they place their hands on themselves or on another person with the intention of running Reiki, the energy will automatically begin flowing.

A beginner’s 1st Degree Reiki class is taught over a weekend, taking 6 hours both days. Along with the attunement, students are taught about energy, meditation, energy exercises, the history of Reiki as well as the hand positions, with lots of time for practical work. Once you have received the attunements, you can treat yourself as well as others.

Learning Reiki for yourself helps with daily problems such as stress management or headaches or the common cold for example, it helps you sleep better and get off to sleep more easily, helps to settle fractious babies, helps with first aid, gives a feeling of inner peace and calm – and much, much more

Includes 2 full days of hands on practical training, class manual, attunements and ongoing email support.
