Meditation, Biodanza and a cup of Tea

Treat yourself to a moment of Peace and Tranquillity in the midst of busy and hectic Christmas preparations. A time for you to reflect and recharge your batteries, to enjoy time together and relax, to dance and re-energise.December 21st is Winter Solstice. The Sun has reached it’s lowest point on the horizon and we are returning to longer days, although it may not feel like it for a while. We know it is happening. We can feel this light, Be it, share it, radiate it to each other and into the world.Come along and let Light integrate into this day, into you.

Feel free to bring something nice to share and eat with
a cup of tea at the end of the session.
