World Sound Healing Day. – Every year on the 14th February people throughout the planet join together to tone the heart sound “AH” for a minimum of 5 minutes with the intention of radiating love. People all over the world create a heart wave of sound that resonates around the planet. Join us for an evening of fun and meditation.

This year , as we have a bright Venus in the evening sky , we also hope to have a drum meditation to open our hearts to positive change in our lives for 2017.

Bring a blanket and pillow. Teas and biscuits as always.
