THAI (YIN) YOGA
Thai yoga is a slow flowing sequence of yoga poses. By focusing on the breath, we relax and allow gravity to take us deeper into the poses, performed mainly on the floor. Thai yoga helps to improve flexibility, particularly in the hip and pelvic area, spine and Achilles tendons. By working into the connective tissues and stimulating energy flow within the body, it also improves the health of internal organs and general wellbeing.
A HARMONY OF BREATH AND MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT
Thai yoga can help: Lower back problems, knee and ankle pain, stiff necks, inflexibility throughout the body, over-toned bodies, poor circulation, headaches, anxiety and stress.
