Sound Bath Evening

A combination of Gongs singing bowls and voice

coming together to offer an evening of healing and relaxation

for all.

This evening will start with a warm welcome from Gill and Mike.

We then settle down to relax and set our personal intention for the healing we would like to receive.

Please bring a mat to lie down on , a blanket and a pillow.

Both Gill and Mike will play Gongs and Bowls and use their voices

to create a series of sounds and silence , to help the release of any stuck energy we have stored in our bodies.

After a period of stillness we shall do some grounding work together.

 We then have a chance to share our experience or simply enjoy some refreshments.
