Quest Spiritual Network explores relationships with spirit, ourselves and the world to share ideas and foster healthy and helpful ways of life. Open to all                          

February 16^th     Money: Can we improve our relationship with it?     Mammon or opportunity?    This is not a lecture on economics!

It is a chance to explore our attitudes and habits towards prosperity, spending, saving and borrowing. We’ll look at where our money goes to (how ethically do we buy?) and how we obtain it, and principles of Right Livelihood.

. And we can open to general discussion about how to promote a healthier relationship with the world of finances, whatever our current situation.

It will include playing The Money Game, to notice how it feels to give and receive, so please bring an amount, preferably in £1 coins, that you would be willing to lose, (though you might well not!) and a pen and paper.

April 20^th  :  Permaculture:  Using the wisdom of nature to design for yourself and others     with Kerry Lane and Deborah Simmonds
Permaculture is a philosophy of working with nature, watching how nature creates abundant and flexible systems and using these principles to design and create our own systems which benefit both the environment and people. It is the natural way of doing things, so it is often just common sense!

Both Kerry and Deborah are studying for their diplomas in Permaculture, with a focus on personal and social designs, rather than the more conventional land-based ones. This talk will give you a taster of Permaculture thinking, including sharing some of their own design experiences and giving you some tools to try at home.

May 18^th    Personal & Environmental Healing & Transformation

With Leon Turfitt    He will share his journey of personal & environmental healing & transformation, from the use of herbs & nutrition for self healing to dowsing, Earth energies and  how to make simple home made devices to improve your life & health.

Delving into Orgone energy & environmental healing, how to make improvements in your immediate environment & personal space to transform electro-magnetic radiation & EMFs.

He will share his findings of a local environmental healing project and include some practical demonstrations on how these orgone energy devices work.

Oboe and String Quartet Concert Sunday 1st March

Mark Baigent is giving a concert on 1st March in Bishops Castle of Music for Oboe and string quartet.

The venue is the 3 Tuns and the time is 3pm. The cost is £10 per person and as usual children are free.

The string players are members of Shrewsbury based ‘Sounds Interesting’ string quartet.
