If you are interested in psychometry this is a great introductory workshop and excellent value too.

Psychometry is the art of reading energy (a form of extra-sensory perception) form an item belonging to someone. The item may have energy that transfers knowledge regarding it or its owners history. It can also be used as a tool to link to loved ones in spirit. This work shop will take you through the steps and give you time to take part in exercises to give you the experience to try this out for yourselves in a controlled and loving environment.

Women who used estrogen-only hormone therapy later in life were less likely to develop dementia and showed fewer signs of Alzheimer’s disease in their brains, according to a large study of more than 21,000 participants. Hormone therapy use was linked to 39% lower odds of a dementia diagnosis and 35% lower odds of Alzheimer’s-related brain changes at autopsy, including amyloid plaques and tau tangles. Biomarker tests also suggested less amyloid buildup among hormone therapy users.
