I recently had the good fortune to be offered the new prayer lodge at Pistyll Rhaeadr for some quiet meditation and have to thank Phil and January for being such gracious and gentle hosts. For those who visit the waterfall and its magnificent surroundings you will know how sacred and special it is.  I went walking and managed to do many standing meditations in the hills as well as use the prayer lodge.  It helped re-vitalise and re-energise me and I came away feeling so much more alive and grounded.  If you need to escape for an hour, day or longer, may I suggest this wonderful haven.
