New regular meditation class in Shrewsbury £5
A new regular meditation class will be held in Shrewsbury by June Meagher at the Centre for Integral Health. The first one will be held on Thursday, 25th January and will run from 7 pm to 9 pm.
Come along and relax into a gentle meditation using various techniques including mindfulness, koshi chimes and other sound healing instruments, standing, walking, silence, visualisation and breath work. This will be a regular fortnightly class and you can come along as and when you are able to.
Every week we will select a mix of the above to create a truly safe, nurturing and gentle environment allowing you to unwind, slow down and chill.
