One day retreat in Glasgow

I am delighted to announce I will be working with Sandra O’Neill from ReikiPod Holistics on another All About You, One Day Retreat at The Bank, 78 Main St, Neilston, G78 3EA on Saturday, 25th October from 10 am till 4 pm.

During the day we will explore gentle Yoga movements, TCM Body Clock & Yoga Nidra meditation, breathwork and enjoy a relaxing sound bath. Finish off the day with some gentle chants to set you on your way.

The cost of the retreat is £48 however we do have a concession rate of £35 for those on low incomes, pensions or who are carers. Check out full details on the All About You One Day Retreat for further details on how to book.
