As part of of Crowdfunder Campaign we will be holding an open day at the Centre from 10am-4pm. 11 April, 2015
Come along for the chance to talk to some of our practitioners (enjoy some healthy tea and cake), experience a selection of taster sessions including kinesiology, nutritional testing, EMMET Technique, acupuncture, crystal therapy, massage, Bowen Technique and more. There will also be a chance to try some short informal sessions of Mindfulness, Chi Kung and Push Hands, Circling Interpersonal Meditation.

This also gives you an chance to come and ask any health based queries you may have and get a better understanding of what Integral Health and the value of Integral Life Practice is.
All proceeds from donations for the tasters/classes will go directly towards our Crowdfunder campaign to raise £5000 in 6 weeks. You will even be able to make pledges live on the day and get yourself some of our tasty rewards and ensure we have hit our target (which we will only have 4 more days to hit or we get absolutely NOTHING)

Your help and support for this is absolutely critical, so please bring your friends and your family and tell as many people as you can about it, every little bit is worth its weight in gold, literally!!
