TRIXI FIELD – Healing Harmonies – a small sound-healing gathering

DETAILS : Introducing informal Sound Healing mini-events every 6 weeks or so in Ellesmere, at Trixi’s. The first of these will take place on Sun 15 December at my home (details of address to be advised individually at booking) from 7-8.15, followed by refreshments. It’s an opportunity, if you’re anywhere near Ellesmere (Shropshire, not Port!) to start to get together on a reasonably regular basis and enjoy the benefits of chanting and toning together, supporting the college in our own small way, enjoy the social side of sharing sound healing, and simply see where it leads. The theme for this first meeting is “Healing Harmonies”. Singing in harmony is beautiful to do, to hear, and the vibrations from harmony notes can be profoundly meditative, soothing and healing, all the more so when we engage in it, rather than just listen to it. Trixi will facilitate some vocal release warm-ups, followed by gentle chanting and toning, allowing our harmonies to unfold as we go. Afterwards, Trixi will be providing some light refreshments (nut and gluten free), and we can perhaps discuss over munchies whether we’d like to do it again, with suggestions for the themes of subsequent sessions. There is probably currently only space for about 5-6 participants, and although I have plenty of seating, you may wish to bring a cushion/blanket if you would like to relax on the floor. The event is free of charge, but a small donation (size entirely of your own choosing – there will be an “honesty” box, and it is entirely voluntary) to the College of Sound Healing would be appreciated and perhaps even a small “gift” of something nibbly to share.
