Sound Bath & Meditation – Stranraer
75 George Street, Stranraer DG9 7JP
Sound Baths are an ideal way to meditate as your mind will follow the gentle sounds that surround you. You will be immersed in sounds from the gentle Koshi Chimes, harps and handpans to the rhythmic drum or gong and there will also be moments of silence in order for your body and mind to absorb these beautiful vibrations. We use a wide variety of instruments including harps, sea drums, chimes, guitars, gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, drones, whispered words and various percussion.
What is a Sound Bath ?
A Sound Bath will last around 45 minutes during which time you are required to lie on the floor or sit in a chair. If you decide to lay on the floor, please bring something to lie on, a pillow and something to cover you with. Please note that if you have any serious heart problems or suffer from severe epilepsy it is advisable to ask your doctor if you can have one.
