Sound Bath & Meditation – Portpatrick

Join us for a relaxing sound bath and meditation using various instruments including gongs, singing bowls, harp, monochord and many more relaxing sounds to help you relax. Please bring a yoga mat (or one can be provided) a pillow and something to lie on or you can sit down if you prefer.

Event is £10 or £5 concession rate. Event is held between 7.30 pm and 8.45 pm please contact june@aamarhealing.co.uk You can pay via PayPal to june@aamarhealing.co.uk If you prefer BACS, please contact me for further details.
