Skiff World Championships

The St Alyes Skiff World Championship, SkiffieWorlds, is to return to Stranraer from 6th to 12th July 2025, organised by Stranraer Water Sports Association (SWSA).

The organisers have invited June to perform multiple sound baths, meditation and chanting workshops from the 8th to the 12th in their Wellbeing Tent.

Held on the beautiful waters of Loch Ryan, this global championship sees crews from around the world to compete, connect, and celebrate the unique sport of St Ayles skiff coastal rowing, while enjoying the warm hospitality of Stranraer.

SkiffieWorlds is an event that brings people together, highlighting the sense of community and connection that lies at the heart of coastal rowing. From the championship races to the family-friendly activities, everyone is invited to share in the fun. Check out their event for details of times and workshops.
