Come along to a short talk guided by Sue, a practitioner and teacher of this simple technique, which is based on principles of life itself.
The Metamorphic Technique, a light touch to feet, hands and head, acts as a catalyst for each person’s unique life force. You will be introduced to
- what the Metamorphic Technique is and what it is not
- the approaches leading to and behind the Technique shown
- a demonstration of the practice and how it can be used
- explore what this is through a fun activity

From the church at the bottom of town, take Kerry Lane, then take 2nd road on the left: Grange Road. The Community Centre is on the corner of Drews Leasowe, and looks like the first 2-storey house on the left. Parking behind Centre or on road.
