An essential starting point for your shamanic exploration, this workshop includes an introduction to shamanic journeying, enabling you to meet your power animals and spirit guides for healing and guidance for yourself and others. You will also learn about the history of modern shamanism, the three worlds of shamanic cosmology, and techniques used by shamans for healing. In addition we will explore simple healing, and other ways of working shamanically including trance dance, healing with the drum and rattle, working with nature spirits, and space clearing. The content is geared to the experience of the participants so a fun and interesting time is guaranteed! You will need to do a one or two day workshop before participating in more advanced workshops, or applying for the Practitioner’s Course. It is also a good starting point if you would like to join one of my shamanic journeying circles.
Cost £50 for just Saturday, includes simple vegetarian lunch
