Introduction to Reflexology
If you are interested in learning more about reflexology then this will be ideal for you.
Learn what reflexology, also known as ‘Zone Therapy’ is and be shown the key points. This is a short workshop and designed to give you enough knowledge for use on family and friends, you will be not be able to practice on a professional level.
You will learn:
- When to use and not to use reflexology
- What to look for in the feet
- Contra Indications
- How to do a foot massage (this is thoroughly relaxing)
- How to work on simple ailments such as sore shoulders, headaches, sinus problems, chest problems, digestive ailments
Oils will be provided for the massage. This is an ideal workshop to give you an insight into reflexology before you make the commitment to study further. All course notes provided.
This workshop is being held for the benefit of Portpatrick Village Hall and all profits will go to the hall.
