An Invitation to a Winter Solstice Day Retreat blending mindfulness, meditation and Dances of Universal Peace reflecting a number of faiths and including an intensive focus on singing and dancing the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic—the original language spoken by Jeshua (Jesus).

ON SATURDAY 22ND DECEMBER 12 noon UNTIL 10PM

AT RYTON VILLAGE HALL NEAR DORRINGTON SHROPSHIRE with Daren Messenger, Rosa James and Fi Robertson.

We will learn simple flowing movements danced in circle together. No previous experience is necessary.

We will move through mindfulness, (practising present moment awareness), to heartfeltness of a unity inclusive of our diverse individual faiths and experience, in singing, dancing, meditation and body prayer.
A simple lunch will be provided. Please bring food to share for an evening meal at 6pm.
In the evening 7.30—9.30 we will join in a celebration of the Aramaic Lord’s Prayer which includes taking bread and wine together.
