Drum Journey Group

This is an evening of Sacred Drumming for receiving and sending healing energy.

We will sound very simple beats of the drum to help us focus and gain a sense of deep relaxation and connection to our inner selves.

First part of this session you can listen to or drum with the 77cm community drum. For journey and personal healing.

Second part , we drum together for peace and healing, to be sent out for people and places.

This group is starting indoors , with the Intention that as the weather improves and the evenings lengthen , we move out doors .

Please bring with you , two blankets and a pillow , and a Hoop Drum ,and a Rattle.

Teas and biscuits provided.

Time :- 6:30pm – 9:00pm
