Chanting, Sound & Meditation Workshop with June Meagher
Join June Meagher for a one day workshop in the beautiful surroundings of Blisslands in Congleton, Cheshire and enjoy a varied and unusual collection of meditations involving sound and silence as well as chanting and body toning.

Please bring something to lay on and a pillow and good walking shoes as well as indoor shoes. For those who have not been to Blisslands before this amazing venue offers a birds eye view over North Cheshire and North Wales and has a labyrinth and gentle walks around the grounds that are awash with peace symbols, pagodas and crystals.
You do not need to have had any singing experience as notes will be provided and together we will make beautiful sounds and energy.
- Standing Meditation
- Introduction to Body Toning using your own voice
- Toning the Chakras using ancient sounds
- Mindful meditation – explore your body
- Walking meditation around the labyrinth and the beautiful grounds of Blisslands (weather permitting)
- 1 pm – 2 pm Lunch (please bring veggie/vegan food to share)
- Chanting and singing for the soul with chants and songs from around the world
- Koshi Meditation – lay back and allow the beautiful and gentle Koshi Chimes and other simple instruments to soothe your soul in this mindful meditation

June Meagher, founder of Healers & Therapists News and AAMAR Healing is a past Director of The Healing Trust as well one of the founders and past directors of Sound4Healing, a charity that funds research into Sound Healing and sits alongside the College of Sound Healing. Teaching various healing modalities for over 30 years and current Tutor with Peacehaven Healing Centre June set up AAMARHealing in memory of her parents and offers affordable workshops and courses around the UK with all funds raised go towards organising the Annual Exhibition of Healing & Complementary Therapies which is held in Shrewsbury and has over 100 exhibitors and 20 speakers and free to enter.

Follow your Sat Nav to Congleton Railway station…CW12 3DE
Then put in our postcode…CW12 3NA and/or:
Follow the road towards Biddulph. Go straight on at the traffic lights you will see Trinity
Church on your left… you are now on the Biddulph Road… take the second turning right in
to Boundary Lane and immediately left in to Congleton Edge Road. Continue up the hill
past the house called Copper Hill, go through the woodland, you will see stables on your
left continue and you will soon see a big green Bear… Yes a BEAR … you have arrived.
Turn sharp left in to the driveway and continue past the house, past the Dream Catcher
Barn down to the car park. Then walk back to the Dream Catcher Barn small door
entrance in to our events centre where we will welcome you to our wonderful world.
Catch train to Congleton Railway station and you can either walk – see directions above ,
cycle .. see directions above , Pre-book a taxi (there is no taxi rank at Congleton as it is
small station) or see if one of the other students can pick you up or we may be able to
