Many new holistic events have been added to the website for 2015 from throughout Shropshire, Powys, Wrexham, Stafford and The Midlands. This is great news and I am busy putting together details for the 2015 Exhibition of Healing & Complementary Therapies. For the full listing please visit https://www.aamarhealing.co.uk/events/

Also there is a Findhorn info afternoon on Saturday 24th January at the Quaker meeting house in town if anyone you know might wan to come along. It is by small donation to cover room hire and teas etc. All welcome 2 til 5pm. Contact Jenny Brooke jj.beloved@btinternet.com

Women who used estrogen-only hormone therapy later in life were less likely to develop dementia and showed fewer signs of Alzheimer’s disease in their brains, according to a large study of more than 21,000 participants. Hormone therapy use was linked to 39% lower odds of a dementia diagnosis and 35% lower odds of Alzheimer’s-related brain changes at autopsy, including amyloid plaques and tau tangles. Biomarker tests also suggested less amyloid buildup among hormone therapy users.
