Selkie Soul Festival : Join Us for an Enchanting 7 hours of Celebration

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon and evening filled with an array of captivating experiences that promise to engage your senses and uplift your spirit. This event is designed to bring together individuals from all walks of life to celebrate the power of music, movement, and community. This ticket also gets you into the exhibition, talks and workshops being held on Sunday, 3rd May, 2026 in the Stranraer Millennium Centre from 10 am – 5 pm.

Musical Performances

Prepare to be mesmerized by ethereal performances from artists and musicians from across the UK. Each performer will bring their unique sound and style, creating an atmosphere that is vibrant and full of energy. From soulful melodies to upbeat rhythms, the music will invite you to dance, sing along, and fully immerse yourself in the joyous ambiance.

Cacao Ceremony

 One of the highlights of our gathering will be the sacred cacao ceremony, a ritual that honours the rich traditions of cacao as a source of love, connection, and healing. Guided by experienced facilitators, participants will learn about the history and significance of cacao while enjoying its rich, nourishing qualities. This ceremony will create a space for reflection, intention-setting, and deep connection with oneself and others.

Dance and Movement

After our cacao ceremony we invite you to join us in a dance and movement that encourage self-expression and connection. Whether you are an experienced dancer or someone who simply enjoys moving to the beat, we invite you to let loose and embrace the rhythm which brings about a sense of freedom and joy.

Sound Bath Experience

As the evening unfolds, prepare to be enveloped in the soothing sounds of a sound bath. This immersive experience will utilise various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to create a harmonious soundscape that promotes relaxation and healing. Participants will lie down comfortably, allowing the vibrations and tones to wash over them, facilitating a deep state of meditation and tranquillity.

Chanting and Community Connection

To further enhance the communal atmosphere, we will engage in collective chanting sessions at the end This practice not only fosters a sense of unity among participants but also serves as a powerful tool for self-expression and emotional release. Through the act of chanting together, we will create a resonant field of energy that uplifts and inspires everyone present.

Delicious Food Offerings

To nourish both body and soul, we will provide an some delicious food options throughout the event. Attendees can look forward to wholesome soups or chilli. And of course, all home made with love being the special ingredient.

A Gathering of Special Guests

We are thrilled to welcome special guests from various parts of the UK, each bringing their unique talents and perspectives to enrich the experience. These individuals will lead workshops, share their insights, and contribute to the overall magic of the event, making it a truly collaborative and inspiring gathering.

SUNDAY, 3RD MAY – FREE ENTRY

Join us on the Sunday and browse the many exhibitors who will be offering various wellbeing treatments, one of the many workshops and talks that will be taking place in 3 rooms around the building. Kicking of at 10 am, remember to bring your yoga mat if you want to participate in some of the workshops. It will be a lovely day and we are open to all ages and will have workshops for our younger audience too.
