4 step Yoga weekend foundation course – Shrewsbury

After three superb Yogabeats workshops for Shrewsbury Yoga , David Sye returns to Shropshire for a weekend foundation course from March 7-10 2014.

Covering a four day schedule teaching Yogabeats and its methodology in its basic form, the primary intention is that it is to be incorporated with or as part of other teaching practices that will be of benefit to society as well as an implement for self practice.

It will ensure that Yoga becomes recognised as an effective tool for sociological change and human conscious transformation.
