Tai Chi Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese form of movement exercise that promotes self healing , and body /mind balance thru activating and channelizing the flow of Chi (vital energy) through the body
Tai Chi Qigong,, is a fusion of Tai Chi and Qigong The Main Set we will learn consists of 18 gentle flowing movements, accompanied by abdominal breathing.
Tai Chi Qi Gong has many physical benefits, including aiding flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and aids concentration and co-ordination. It brings a sense of calm and focus to the body, mind and spirit.
The sessions usually end with a short meditation.
The Venue is a lovely converted Chapel that is now Chapel Community Centre The Chestnuts Crosshouses Shrewsbury Shropshire SY5 6JH
All classes are suitable to beginners
Instructor is certified and trained by the Tai Chi Qigong and Feng Shui Institute
Exchange /Investment is £8 each class or £35 for 5 classes
