Kick of the New Year with a healthy body, mind and spirit!
Join Sarah Louise for a mix of yoga classes this January, tailored to cover all basic yin and yoga flow postures. The classes have been designed to give students an option to join all 4 classes or to just join for one type of yoga (2 classes).
Yin yoga focuses on flexibility, where we hold postures from 2-10 minutes allowing the fascia (deep connective tissue) to release and over-time increase our mobility. Yin yoga is also, based on Chinese medicine and works with the meridian lines helping us to release un-resolved emotions, leaving us feeling rested & restored. Yin yoga is a fantastic type of yoga which is accessible to ALL ages and ALL abilities. If you are looking to connect with your body and release tension then yin is for you!

Yoga flow is based on traditional ashtanga postures, adapted to suit all levels. It is a playful class, where variations will be given to suit all levels and students are challenged to try fun “peak” postures. Expect sun salutations, a variety of standing postures, back bends and seated postures all working towards a long and relaxing Shavasana. If you are looking to improve your overall strength and flexibility, then yoga flow is for you!
