An exciting and fully accredited Spiritual Healing Course will be facilitated via June Meagher of AAMARHealing at the Peacehaven Healing Centre, Berriew near Welshpool. Peacehaven is a member of BAHA
The British Alliance of Healing associations (BAHA) via its Member Organisations offers Comprehensive Accredited Professional Training Courses for those who wish to become Healing Channels. This can be achieved by completing a Minimum two-year Course.
Towards the sanctury
The dates for Spiritual Healing Course:
It will include attendance at 4 weekend workshops in the first year. You will then be required to complete your portfolio prior to sitting before the panel for assessment after the 2 years is finished.
The next entry date for the 2015 course is 18/19 April, 2015 – limited to 10 people per course. The other dates will be announced after workshop to allow for group discussion.
You will then be required to complete all Spiritual Healing course work within the two year period prior to sitting before a panel to attain full membership. This course work will include giving healing, reading various suggested books, personal growth exercises, regular mentoring by course tutor by either face to face meetings, healing group meetings or Skype as well as your attendance at the 4 weekends.

Peacehaven Healing Centre
The cost will be £450 which includes all course materials but excludes annual insurance, membership fees and panel fees upon completion of course work.
Payment can be made in advance or divided over the four weekends. There are a small number of concessionary rate placements available for those who are on low income, unemployed or are senior citizens.
Refreshments will be provided however please bring a packed lunch, thank you as well as suitable shoes for walking in the gardens.
What will the Spiritual Healing Course do?
This course will allow you to develop your own intuitive feelings for yourself as well as others in a compassionate, caring and gentle way. With an open heart and loving intention we can grow beyond boundaries. You can take the course at your own pace and feel safe knowing you have the full support of the tutor throughout the 2 year period and beyond. The course is open to beginners, those already on their journey and those who wish to develop their healing ability and experience either for self healing or working with others.

About BAHA
BAHA Accredited Courses are based on and in some cases exceed the requirements of the Current National Occupational Standards (NOS) and meet the current requirements for entry to the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Also, each Student is bound by a Compulsory Code of Conduct and Ethics.
This means that on successful completion of the Accredited Course and a Final Assessment, you can Practice as a Healing channel in a wide variety of settings (including the NHS).
The BAHA Training Courses enable the Student to explore and understand the full range of the Holistic Principles and Practice of Healing under the guidance of our well-established Professional Healer Tutors. It also serves to support the personal Spiritual growth of the Student, who is developing as a Channel for the Healing Energies.
About the Tutor
AAMARHealing and Healers & Therapists News were set up by June Meagher in memory of her parents Alex And Mary to promote holistic therapies to those who either can not afford the high tuition costs or those who are interested in a therapy but want to see what it is about before committing themselves to a long term period of learning. June has studied various spiritual and holistic therapies over the past 30 years and is a trustee, tutor and assessor for the Peacehaven Healing Centre which is fully accredited under BAHA. June also teaches and talks locally as well as nationally and promotes the courses and workshops held by other therapists. June recently became a Trustee of Sound4Healing, a charitable foundation aimed at funding sound healing research.

Background
June studied with the NFSH (Healing Trust) and sat on their Board of Trustees as well as Regional Committee. She is a Reiki Master & Teacher who currently teaches introductory as well as accredited courses in Energy Channelling including Spiritual Healing and Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Chakra Balancing and Aura Cleansing, Meditation, Tarot and Personal Development in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and Mid-Wales as well as giving talks throughout the UK. June has also studied Sound Healing, Colour Therapy (Aura Soma), Energy Balancing. A great motivator of people and communicator, June sends out a monthly newsletter to over 2,000 holistic professionals and those interested in them from the Midlands and Powys areas.
Priory Business College & School
A regular tutor for holistic modalities at the Priory Business College centre for the past 8 years, June has taught over 1,500 local people and runs regular events such as the Free Healing Clinic at In Good Hands, Frankwell Island, Shrewsbury.
Peacehaven Healing Centre, Berriew, Welshpool
As tutor for the Peacehaven Healing Centre which is fully accredited under BAHA (British Alliance of Healing Associations) June is now teaching a 2 year healing course as well as various other holistic workshops and a regular meditation group. Sound4Healing
June recently became a Trustee of the newly formed Sound4Healing, a registered charity set up to fund research into the benefits of Sound Healing.
Exhibition of Healing & Complementary Therapies
June was the founder of the Exhibition of Healing & Complementary Therapies that used to be held annually in Oswestry until 2007 and attracted thousands of visitors from all over the UK. In 2011 June held another exhibition in Shrewsbury to mark the 10th anniversary of AAMAR and had some of the countries best known speakers and, again, attracted nearly 1,000 visitors to this free event.
The next Exhibition will take place in December, 2015 at the Priory School in Shrewsbury and will have over 70 exhibitors as well as key speakers throughout the day.
Entry to this event is FREE and many people bring a packed lunch and make a day of it as it is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Journey of the Soul
June recorded Journey of the Soul with Maria Giles and Susan Raven, seven beautiful piano pieces aimed at relaxation and balancing the Chakras.
Maria Giles studied piano from the age of five and later trained as a pianist and musicologist at the Special Music School for gifted students (Kazan, Russia). In the following years she attended the Moscow State Conservatoire ‘P.I. Tchaikovsky’ where, after obtaining her Masters degree in History and Theory of Music, she took a three-year Postgraduate course in Musicology. She has taught solfeggio, theory and harmony in various music schools, accompanied at various ballet establishments and worked as a correspondent and editor at the Moscow classical music radio station ‘Orpheus’. She later received an offer to teach at the Central Special Music School, Moscow, where she successfully worked with many talented pupils from all over the world.
Susan Raven discovered the powerful esoteric teachings of that great scientist, philosopher and seer, Rudolf Steiner. Susan has since represented Rudolf Steiner Press at the Mind, Body and Spirit festivals of Great Britain for 12 years. Along with the spiritual/consciousness teachings of Steiner, she have followed a personal path of spiritual research which has led her to many transformative and enlightened teachers, including Eckart Tolle and RJ Stewart. Susan recently published the beautiful Nature Spirits: The Remembrance. In this lucid, step-by-step guide, Susan Raven introduces us to the world of nature spirits and elemental beings, and explains why these entities wish to reconnect with us.
